| Sample Policy: |
| We only offer paid samples. We will sent out the samples by Express (TNT/UPS/DHL…) within 3 working days once we have received the bank payment. The Express takes about 3~4 working days to deliver the goods. Please kindly advise us the technological specifications you request for the samples, such as TV system, voltage, etc. Note: Please kindly cover the bank fee at your side bank when you make the payment. |

| Delivery time: |
|
1. For samples and small orders, we can send out the units within 7 working days.
|
| 2. If your order quantity is over 500 sets, normally, we need 10~45 days for production. |

| Shipping: |
| 1. Normally, for samples and small orders, we suggest send out them by Express, TNT/UPS/DHL/EMS/Fadex.. so you needn’t declare for the custom clearance, and it will take 3-4 working days for delivery. |
| 2. For big order and real order, we suggest that our customers should take them by air or by sea. And the freight cost will be more cheaper. |

| Payment: |
| 1. For samples and small orders, we only accept 100% T/T (Bank transfer/ wire transfer/West Union). |

2. For real order, there are two options:
|
|
(a.) 30% T/T after order confirmed, 70% T/T balance before shipment.
|
|
(b.) 30% T/T in advanced, 70% irrepealable L/C at sight before shipment.
|
| |
| Warranty: |
| All of our car audio products have one year warranty for repairing, or we will offer 1%~2% spare parts with the order. If there is any defect units(not for men-made factor) within one month, we can replace a new one to our customer, and both us should afford the freight on each sides; If there is any defect units on warranty, we can repair the units free for you, and our customers should pay for all the freight cost. |
